Policies

 Booking

Please book your appointment as early as possible to insure your first choice of appointment day and time. You may book appointments in person or by phone. 

Cancellations

Due to our limited availability, and courtesy to our many guests as well as our therapists, we request a 24-hour notice of cancellation.  If appointments are not cancelled within 24 hours, you may be charged 50% of the treatment.

Group Bookings

Please ask us for details on how we can make your event an enjoyable one.  We are able to accomodate parties of 6-10. We are unable to change services on the day of the party.  If any changes are to be made they must be done 24 hours before services if we are able to accomodate.

Our cancellation policy for group bookings is 72 hours in advance or you will be charged for 50% of the services.  A credit card is required to hold the group booking..

Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first treatment to allow ample time to check-in, and prepare for your treatment.  Included with all facials, massages and body treatments is a complimentary dead sea salt foot soak and a heated herbal neck wrap.

Late Arrivals

Your promptness is greatly appreciated.  Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, and you will be responsible for full service fees.  Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.  If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you may be asked to reschedule.

Amenities

We provide lockers, robes and sandals for clients receiving treatments.  We suggest that you leave your valuables at home, as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen articles.

Procedures

Upon check-in, spa guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire designed with your well being in mind.  Please advise your service advisor of any medical conditions or concerns including medication use  before service. This information is used solely to provide you with the best care possible and remains confidential.

At any time you are uncomfortable during a treatment, please inform your therapist.  We try very hard to anticipate your needs, but are not offended when you point them out to us.

As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation and we ask that you please turn your cell phones and pagers off and store them in your car or locker.

Gift Certificates

The Spa at Kilaga Springs gift cards make the perfect gift for any occasion.  Gift Cards are available for purchase in any denomination for any service.  You can purchase gift cards in person or by phone.  Gift cards must be presented at the time of service and we are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. We accept cash, local checks, Visa, Master Card, American Express and gift cards.

Gratuities are not included in the cost of your treatment and is left to your discretion.  An envelope is provided in the locker room or at the front desk for your convenience.
